Erin Boisson Aries is widely recognized as an expert and visionary in the residential New York City real estate market. With over 18 years’ experience selling luxury real estate and exceptional new development projects, clients value her discretion, advocacy, creativity and data-driven approach, which has allowed her to successfully represent many of New York City’s most exceptional lofts, apartments, landmark townhouses and brownstones, as well as negotiate the sale of numerous commercial properties.
Erin has a profound understanding of market conditions and trends, from which she develops marketing and sales strategies based on clients’ specific requirements. She tailors a marketing campaign for each client, calling careful attention to the unique design and architectural features of their property.

Her most notable recent achievement was the extraordinary record-breaking sell-out at 551W21, the luxury residential tower designed by internationally acclaimed Foster + Partners, where Erin led the pre-development, marketing and sales from inception to final sale. Erin also achieved record price per-square-foot on sales at HL23, the first New York building designed by innovative architect Neil Denari that cantilevers over High Line Park, and was involved with pre-development sales at the Jean Nouvel-designed 100 Eleventh.
Erin Boisson Aries was recently ranked as the #1 Top Producer at a prominent New York City firm and recognized as the #2 individual agent in New York City and #4 top agent in the country by sales volume (out of more than 1 million agents) by The Wall Street Journal. Her refined vision and keen perspective have been informed by her upbringing in North and South America and Europe. Erin is fluent in French and Italian. Nic Bottero has over 15 years of New York City luxury real estate experience, with eight of those years working alongside Erin Boisson Aries as the Senior Associate Broker in the Manhattan and Brooklyn markets. Prior to joining Erin, Nic spent nearly eight years as the Executive Vice President of one of New York’s most successful boutique real estate firms in Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Nic has successfully represented significant individual cooperative and condominium apartments, lofts and townhouses, as well as worked with Erin through the pre-development of Foster + Partners’ 551 West 21st Street and the sponsor sales of Neil Denari’s HL23.
With his more than a decade long experience in the industry, Nic has a keen understanding of spatial relationships—floorplans in particular—which offers his clients a distinctive asset when consulting on the development of a new building or the renovation of an apartment, loft, or townhouse. His relaxed veteran style is one reason why he is an expert at working with some of the most demanding and discerning clients; he has an agile and creative mind, is noted for being a quick study and gifted problem solver, and is able to efficiently navigate complicated deals in order to carry them through to closing. Establishing customer confidence, artfully negotiating, and providing guidance throughout the entire sales process are cornerstones in Nic’s client service approach.
When not working on real estate transactions, Nic enjoys making wine in his family brownstone wine cellar on the Upper West Side. Born and raised in Manhattan on Central Park West, Nic studied in New York and graduated with honors from Skidmore University.
